I heard this song recently on the radio and fell madly in love with it instantly. It’s the best caption of toddler-hood I think I’ve ever seen, so I’m putting it here so I know where to find it!

Ian Dempsey has been playing it for weeks – its brilliant. Totally captures the what I’d imagine your average 4 year old’s outlook on life to be.

Thrifty; My 4.08 year old didn’t know the alphabet when she was two :( That’s my only downer about the song, it reminds me of her low attention span!

You know I’m not convinced my little one could be bothered with the whole ABCD… twinkle twinkle business either, but she’s as bright as a button. Brighter. I anticipate her being a cunningly lazy lass in the future, while her older sister works away ernestly. Don’t be fooled by arbitrary milestones.
